Podcasts are not like normal conversations.

I was stunned when I mentioned on Twitter a couple of months ago that most conversations that I am lucky enough to have in my backyard over a beer with friends (or new acquaintances) are far better than any conversation I’ve ever had on a podcast.

Maybe I’m just a bad podcaster. But I suspect there’s more going…
